Autumn is the mellower season , what we lose in flowers we more than gain in fruit.

It sure does seem that this year is racing to the next . we are just around the corner to another autumn. which , for me . means its time to plan my drive across the New England states to watch the natural fireworks of the forest.
It has always been my favorite of the seasons . there is something mystical and mysterious of autumn , like the calm before the storm.
If only it lasted all year round.
