One's Own Baseball Card

When one is young , collecting baseball cards , the dream is for one day having a card of yourself. Today with the help of software everyone can have their own card .  

Team Photo Day

When I played little league so many decades ago team photos were done on opening day. This was always on a Saturday. For some reason the photo sessions were schedule for Thursday , starting before 5PM. I knew that this would be be a problem for some of the parents. So I decided to bring my camera and take photos of team Culligan in case everyone couldn't make it on time.

It turns out everyone did make the photo shoot but still planned on getting some pictures . I set up and waited while the kids were having fun running all over the place .  And than it started raining , This is the only photo I got before everyone headed for their cars but will try again Saturday. 

T-Ball Opening Day

T-Ball are 4 year old's playing baseball for the first time.  It is a lot of fun and a lot of laughs . The kids don't care about bases or where to throw the ball. When they are on the field they like to stick together and mostly on the pitcher's mound .When the ball comes their way they point and hope someone picks it up . 

After the first time around they kind of just play together as if there isn't a game going on at all.

What they like most is to swing and run . Whether they hit the ball or the T it doesn't matter . Off they go in any direction that comes to mind like they just rob a candy store.
