These are photos of my back porch where my neighbor moved my chairs to use my property for his storage. I have notified the Condo President asking him to have the items removed and my chairs moved back. As of yet I haven't heard anything and the items are still there.
After 3 1/2 year I'm done with the disrespect and inconsideration. My lawyer told me if the situation isn't corrected soon to go to the police station and file harassment charges against the board and my neighbor . The next step will be to file a suit against both.
At this point I'm ready to do what ever it takes to put this abuse to rest.
UPDATE
I just received a notice from the board president that the neighbor told him I was lying , even after I sent him the below photos . He won't walk back and check because he states he has back issues. So like the last 15 years we have no one that is competent running the place.
What a shithole this place has become.
UPDATE
Just before 7pm the items were removed from my porch , it amazes me that people tell a different story when there is video coverage of everything front and back of my place.
